Foro anual international de Emprendedores

Basque Culinary Center identifica, selecciona y reúne cada año en un foro a los emprendedores más destacados de la gastronomía.

A lo largo de dos días entre treinta y cien expertos y expertas, empresas innovadoras y startups con ofertas gastronómicas y productos de vanguardia se dan cita en San Sebastián, en uno de los mayores eventos del ámbito del emprendimiento y del sector food de la península, con el fin de contestar a la pregunta “¿dónde reside la innovación en el sector gastronómico?”.

El Foro pone en un mismo escenario a chefs, centros de investigación, empresas, startups y otros profesionales del marketing o la gestión del talento del mercado gastronómico español para debatir acerca de sus experiencias y puntos de vista entorno innovación y gastronomía.
