Basque Culinary Center promueve el emprendimiento y la generación de nuevos negocios vinculados a la gastronomía y la alimentación, tanto a nivel local como global.

Nuestro objetivo es la creación de un ecosistema de emprendimiento  referente a nivel internacional en la captación y desarrollo de talento e innovación  desde nuestra visión de la Gastronomía360º – una visión holística que comprende la gastronomía como una cadena de valor integral.

Culinary Action pasará de ser un programa de aceleración para startups a un “Startup Studio”, también conocido como startup factory.
