¿Dónde reside la innovación en el sector gastronómico?Los días 4 y 5 de febrero, más de 30 personas expertas, corporaciones innovadoras y startups con productos de vanguardia, se reunirán en uno de los mayores eventos del ámbito del emprendimiento y el sector Food en España.La innovación, el desarrollo de nuevo producto, la adaptación de los servicios de restauración al mundo digital, la coexistencia del avance tecnológico con la autenticidad del buen producto y de la marca país o la sostenibilidad del ecosistema gastronómico, serán las claves del diálogo de esta edición 2019.El foro Culinary Action es un espacio de encuentro donde compartiremos experiencias en el sector gastronómico y alimentario, a través de ponencias, presentaciones y talleres.Los días 4 y 5 de febrero de 2019, en San Sebastián.
