The Basque Culinary Center is a centre for training, research and innovation, focusing on the development of the culinary and food sector, with a clear international vocation. A centre created with the idea of developing synergies between cuisine and management, science and other disciplines.
Basque Culinary Center is part of the Faculty of Gastronomic Sciences, attached to the University of Mondragon-Mondragon UNIBERTSITATEA, committed to offering highly qualified training, aimed at training professionals in the culinary sector in the 21st century, and a Research and Innovation Centre in the area of Food and Gastronomy.
Food offers opportunities for new products, services and businesses. In particular, the agri-food, hotel and catering and gastronomy sectors have great potential to generate new projects. Culinary Action! is the Basque Culinary Center initiative to promote entrepreneurship and the creation of new businesses related to food.
The gastronomic and catering sector has great potential for innovation and new business projects. The Culinary Action! Madrid Workshop aims to promote and disseminate this reality to encourage entrepreneurship and the launching of new businesses.
